LAYOUT: 6 units at 3,500 square feet each, totalling 21,000 square feet.
This commercial steel building comprises six units with a mix of office and commercial use. Located in downtown Paso Robles, California, this building was designed to ease the massing of the structures by varying the roof line and material combinations. We blended the corrugated steel sheeting and the stucco to create a unique blend of architectural features. We were able to accomplish this with the use of our traditional framing system, combined with steel studding.

Dimensions: 106’ x 48’ x 22’ Industrial/Office Facility.
This commercial steel building project incorporates both functional and architectural features.
The space is broken up into two floor spaces, with the first space accommodating a two-story office, bathroom, conference room and storage. The first-floor office is accessed through a large, glass storefront system, which is protected by a 10-inch soffitted cantilever canopy.
The second space provides ample space for tools and equipment storage as well as repairs.
We utilized contrasting roof lines and pitch to create diversity.
The exterior walls are sided with a high-quality Kynar in both “Brite Red” and “Slate Gray” to match the owner’s company color logo. Diversity was also provided by utilizing a 7.2 panel and corrugated profile panels.

This steel building project incorporates a couple of interesting architectural features.
The building is broken up into two floor spaces, with the first space accommodating an office, bathroom, conference room and storage. The first floor office is accessed through a large, glass storefront system, which gives a professional yet inviting curb appeal. The eaves of this steel building show off a 4-foot overhang that has soffit sheeting, great for giving a clean and finished look while keeping birds from nesting.
The second space provides ample square footage for tool and equipment storage, as well as repairs and truck maintenance.

RIVER OAKS
Dimensions: 50’ x 100’ x 16’
This commercial steel building, which also doubles as a hobby shop, is located in Paso Robles, California. Boasting 5,000 square feet of storage space, this metal building has custom tinted glass sectional doors and a standing-seam metal roof. The complimentary combination of a “Rustic Red” PBR steel sheeting and an “Ash Gray” standing-seam steel sheeting gives this commercial building an extremely professional and clean look.
